Springtime Norwegian Fjords

Springtime Norwegian Fjords

and the Faroes

This springtime sailing has been planned to offer you the chance to experience the magnificent fjord landscapes of Norway as the snow melts and waterfalls are at their most powerful. Åndalsnes is your gateway to the Rauma Railway and the rugged, mountainous landscapes of the Romsdalen Valley, while in Ålesund, you could opt to take a boat tour along the Hjørundfjord, which meanders through the wild mountain ranges of the Sunnmøre Alps, or climb to the top of Mount Aksla for spectacular views across the surrounding fjords. After sailing along picturesque Nordfjord, Bolette will call into Olden, where you can enjoy tours to the Briksdal Glacier or the Loen Skylift, one of the world’s steepest cable cars. Immerse yourself in spending time outdoors and connecting with nature by enjoying kayaking on serene fjords past towering cliffs and tiny fjord-side villages, fishing in crystal-clear waters surrounded by cascading waterfalls, or going in search of wildlife like elusive reindeer or majestic eagles.
