Voel Coaches are actively recruiting for the following roles:

School/College Drivers — Immediate start (subject to enhanced background check).
Allocated route & vehicle. Approximately 30 hours per week + overtime available.

Weekend Tour Driver — Fridays to Mondays covering day trips, short breaks,
and private group travel.

Casual Tour Drivers — Supporting a mix of UK and continental tour work.

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ coach-driving experience
- Full, clean PCV (Category D) licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Professional attitude and smart appearance

🎓 Tour Driver Training Scheme
Voel Coaches is excited to announce a , new opportunity for drivers who hold a bus or coach licence but have less than 2 years’ driving experience.
Join our Tour Driver Training Scheme, currently being trialled, and take the first step towards a rewarding career in professional coach driving.
📌 Who This Scheme is For
- Drivers with a valid PCV (Category D) licence
- Less than 1 years’ experience driving coaches or buses
- Motivated to develop skills in tour driving, customer service, and route management
🚀 What the Scheme Includes
- Structured training on UK and European tours
- Hands-on coaching under supervision of experienced drivers
- Opportunity to gain full work experience in a professional environment
- Additional benefits:
📅 Duration & Commitment
- First month: shadowing tour drivers and gaining experience with executive vehicles.
- Second month: completing your own day trips and developing customer experiences with the tours team.
- Fourth month: allocated short breaks, multi-man driving and continental experience.
- Six months: full tour duties with your own allocated vehicle.
