The runaway success of ITV’s six series period drama, Downton Abbey led to a revival of interest in all things Edwardian. Such was the success of the TV series, a film was released in September 2019, continuing the story of the Crawley family and their loyal servants.  On this break visit the beautiful Highclere Castle and relive every scene. Itinerary

Tuesday: Travel to Oxford arriving in the city early afternoon. Time for you to obtain lunch and explore this delightful city before later continuing to the hotel in Newbury. Settle into your room before enjoying your evening meal.

Wednesday: After breakfast we Depart the hotel and travel to Highclere Castle (admission included) with time here for you to explore the Castle at your leisure. Later re-join the coach as we make our way back home.
