En-route to Martin Mere, we make a short refreshment stop at Grosvenor Garden Centre.Reconnect with nature, discover seasonal wildlife with the whopper swan and wild bird feed! Join the wardens to watch this amazing spectacle as thousands of wild birds gather to feed outside the discovery hide. Hundreds of Whopper Swans join the feed whilst you listen to the warden's commentary telling you all about these amazing birds and why they choose to spend the winter at Martin Mere!

With their striking pink plumage and dancing displays, our flamingos are a must-see during any visit. Get up close to our flocks of Greater and Chilean flamingos and see their pink feathers sparkle in the sun.
Meet the Asian short-clawed otters, the smallest of all 13 species of otter worldwide. They are a joy to watch as they twist and dive in the water.
At 11.30am and 2.30pm every day, we feed our Asian short clawed otters, Penny and Kenai. The feed includes a talk and you can get up close to the otter to get some amazing photos.
Visit our WoW aviary and learn about fascinating species like the Inca tern, spoonbill, and comb duck as they’re fed by a warden. At 3pm every day from April to mid-October.
